We find that many companies do not measure all of the processes, but rather just one or two metrics. We dive into every touch point of the process to fully understand where areas of opportunity lie.
Benchmark analysis help put your operations in perspective. We include competitors and same size operations, as well as aspiration companies to help our clients understand best in class performance.
Once we have created on a roadmap to improve performance, we work with all levels of management to ensure proper implementation. We measure pre-implementation as well as post-implementation productivity as well as quality. In addition, we work with clients to develop a continuous improvement program with management accountability. If no one is responsible for improving performance, these initiatives tend to be pushed back by other pressing priorities.
