Robert Escobar has served in various senior executive roles, most recently as SVP of Operations for RocksBox, Inc. a jewelry rental subscription service. Robert’s past roles includes, VP of Operations for Gwynnie Bee, Inc., Head of Operations for Ipsy (Michelle Phan’s beauty company), and Senior Director of Operations at Stella & Dot Inc., respectively. Prior experience also includes, Senior Director of Operations for Bare Minerals, in which he was instrumental in building out both North America and Western Europe operations. Robert’s background and experience of 25 years has focused on hyper-growth scale modeling, domestic and international distribution, logistics network design, sourcing, manufacturing and overall supply chain optimization. He currently sits on several advisory boards focused on CPG and e-commerce. Robert lives in the San Francisco Bay Area and has three children.

Annie Ly is a passionate and data driven professional with extensive experience helping online retail companies achieve best-in-class operational efficiency.
Having spent the last decade working in Supply Chain at multi-billion dollar retail companies like Walmart.com and Gap Inc. to Silicon Valley eCommerce startups like Rocksbox to strengthen and scale operational efficiencies, Annie has the hands-on knowledge to help teams develop impactful metrics as well as processes that have proven to bring operational gains – all without jeopardizing the customer experience. Annie has also gained valuable International experience, helping to build a successful Supply Chain network and operations expansion of Stella & Dot, a US based direct selling company to the European market.
In addition to being passionate about Supply Chain, Annie enjoys traveling and recently saw penguins sunbathing in the sun.
